I. Project background

Chufeng Technology's headquarters building is located in the Tianxin District of Changsha City, Hunan Province, China. The headquarters office building has 5 floors, totaling 1800 square meters. In order to create a highly efficient and modern office space, Chunfeng Technology has joined hands with Dazoo to customize an enterprise-level digital office building wireless network and realize an integrated wireless coverage solution for the office building.

3. Project objectives

High performance

Efficient office environment needs high-performance network environment support, and wireless network performance is crucial under the major trend of mobile office. Dazoo AI driven mesh WiFi technology helps customers build high quality wireless network with high concurrency, wide coverage, low latency and low packet loss.

Internal and external network security isolation

Enterprise office network data is relatively sensitive, and protecting intranet security is the focus of medium to large office network construction. Logical isolation/physical isolation of enterprise intranet and guest network can guarantee the security of enterprise network. The security strategy of user isolation is selected: wireless user layer 2 isolation / SSID-based wireless user isolation.

Real-time stability monitoring

A network failure in a medium to large enterprise will have a negative impact on the daily business development and corporate image of the enterprise. Monitoring and management of the entire network status is a necessary operation and maintenance tool. Use enterprise routers that support Portal authentication, integrated cloud AC and local AC functions to do the status monitoring and management of the whole network.

Remote management of network status

Considering the convenience of the whole network system management and maintenance, the wireless AP should support cloud management, and the cell phone can do network configuration and management to achieve mobile remote management.

4.1 Core products

G series multiservice enterprise routers 

According to the size of the number of enterprise network users, you can choose to match the corresponding product model.

S series managed/nnmanaged PoE switches 

Depending on the port management needs of the LAN, you can choose a managed or unmanaged switch. Managed switches can be logically isolated for each port.

D series enterprise wireless router/wireless AP 

Both Dazoo Enterprise Wireless Router and Wireless AP are equipped with high concurrent performance and mesh networking function. In the actual project, you can flexibly match specific product models according to the area of the coverage scene and networking requirements. The D3C dual-band Gigabit Ceiling AP is widely used in projects because of its over-the-top performance and convenient installation method.

4.2 Network solutions

There are 8 offices on each floor of the Chunfeng Technology office building, and two Dazoo dual-band AC1300 wireless AP D3C are deployed on each floor to cover the office wireless network. In addition, a multi-service enterprise router G300 (with a carrying capacity of 300 terminals) is configured to unify the management of wireless APs, support security access authentication, and provide local/cloud-based management functions. The 24-port unmanaged PoE switch S24P is selected as the access layer switch and power the D3C (PoE).
